Who We Are

Christ the Healer (C†H) Ministries is an interdenominational ministry. Our clients come seeking the freedom, peace, restoration, and healing grace that only our Lord, Jesus Christ can provide. We, as prayer ministers, are not the healers. C†H Ministries follows the great commission; to pray for the healing of the sick and proclaim the Kingdom of God (Matthew 10:7-8) on earth as it is in heaven. (Luke 11:2)

We believe that we are each carriers of His presence for the Glory of God. We carry the presence into the dark places of our world. The model we share brings the reality of our Lord Jesus Christ; it teaches His presence, His love, His power, His method of honor and life. C†H Ministries equips, trains and releases all of those who come – back into their communities to be carriers of His light – that they might re-present Jesus to the world! C†H Ministries has crossed denominational lines in building relationships that enable church leaders and their members to walk in both purity and power.

We believe that our ministry is a great complement to the work of medical professionals. Prayer works hand in hand with the medical diagnosis and is the completion of the RX. We never suggest that anyone cease taking their medication or act contrary to the advice of their physician.

Because we believe in the healing power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 10: 37-38), we use only Christian prayer. We are not therapists or counselors, we refrain from giving advice. We rely on The Counselor, the Holy Spirit of Truth, to guide all our prayer sessions.

C†H Ministries is one of love… Just as Jesus first loved us (John 15:9). Our ministry emulates the model: "Listen, Love, and Pray"®. Listening to our clients tell their story, asking the Lord Jesus' love to flow through us to the client, and then praying and asking the Holy Spirit to heal. Our clients are ministered to in a quiet, gentle environment where it is safe to receive God's love.

Ministries is becoming an Apostolic Resource Center. Ministry leaders from all over the world regularly visit bringing teaching, and prophetic words for what God is doing in our day. We provide their books, CD's and DVD's. We also have copies of Pastor Katy Tosh's first book, "Intimate Conversations with God".
